WebVillas will assist in matching you with the perfect villa to host your ceremony and reception. We can easily handle parties for 2 to 200+ guests. We do not charge a fee to plan weddings. Once you choose your site, we then put you in the hands of our professional Wedding Coordinators to handle all those special details to further make this very special event, most memorable.
For those guests not able to be accommodated in the host villa, we offer neighboring villas.
For attendees not able to stay the minimum nights at a villa, we offer discounted rates at choice hotels conveniently located to the festivities.
You can rent any Villa no matter the size - you only pay for the bedrooms you occupy but the entire villa is still yours!

Special Requirements:
The villa where the wedding takes place requires a minimum one week rental at full occupancy rate. For villas where additional guests are staying, there is a one week minimum in high season and 5 nights during low season.
Please note: A surcharge applies to those guests not residing in the host villa (in excess of maximum occupancy for that villa). Surcharge for most properties is $15 per person who attend the rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, brunch or any other hospitality event at the wedding villa. Fortlands and Roaring Pavilion have higher surcharges.
