High Season minimum rental period is 1 week, Low Season is 5 nights with a few exceptions

You can rent any Villa no matter the size -  you only pay for the bedrooms you occupy but the entire villa is still yours!

* Hunters Villa – Rates are nightly per bedroom 4 bedroom minimum occupancy
One week minimum requested

 + Woodscape – Rates are nightly per bedroom – 4 bedroom minimum occupancy
1 week minimum requested

All rates based on double occupancy per bedroom.
** Extra guests in any room attract a surcharge of $29 each per night. Cot rental is $5 per night as are crib or high chair fees.
Exceptions for additional guests are: A Summer Place on Discovery Bay $35 per night,
Malatai on the Beach $50 per night, Keela Wee on Discovery Bay $50 per night, Greatview $30 a night,
Makana on Discovery Bay $50 a night.  Whispering Waters on Discovery Bay $50 per night
Amanoka on Discovery Bay $150 per night, Sugar Bay on Discovery Bay $188 per night
Refundable $500 damage deposit required; some are higher.
