High Life villa is named for its majestic hillside location overlooking the Caribbean sea at the West End of Negril and also for its high standard of tasteful decor. High Life is conveniently close to all the attractions of Negril yet peacefully located above it. Famous West End attractions such as Chris Blackwell's The Caves and Rock House are within a 15 minute drive. The ocean is a mere 2 miles down the road from High Life and the villa is just past the lighthouse.

The villa is located at the cliff - end, known as the West End of Negril.

Located on 11 acres High Life is a comfortable country estate with unique decorative art and furniture. On entering the villa a large built in fish aquarium separates the entrance from the spacious living / dining room. Marble floors, fireplace, beamed wooden ceilings, decorative fret work and original art fill the villa. Dining can be indoors in the formal dining room or outside overlooking the gardens and the sea.

A comfortable TV room/bar complete with large 42 inch flat screen TV, CD/DVD player and wireless internet make for comfortable relaxing indoors.

Outdoors the villa has a large fresh water pool with a series of waterfalls leading into the the main mermaid tiled pool. Comfortable lounge chairs allow views of the sea and the Negril foothills. There are many outdoor sitting locations including a large open terrace above the pool area and a peaceful hillside thatched gazebo that has great views of the Negril sunset.

The villa has arrangements for guests to use the facilities at the Rock House Resort. For beach access guests can use the famous 7-Mile Beach.

accommodations:

-Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom with king mahogany 4 poster, Tempur-Pedic mattress, and a series of French doors to a covered verandah overlooking the pool and sea. A spacious private sitting room open to the cool breezes is directly off the bedroom. A separate dressing room with closet lead to a unique "open" bathroom allowing you to shower almost outdoors.
-Bedroom 2 - Located in the main house, this comfortable twin bedroom with full bathroom is below the master and leads directly to the swimming pool.
-Bedroom 3 - Located in the ocean view wing this Queen bedroom has a full bath, ceiling fans, and door leading to the pool.
-Bedroom 4 - Also located in the ocean view wing, and on the other side of the TV room, this bedroom has twin beds, ceiling fans and a full bath.

In addition there is a two bedroom cottage that can accommodate an additional 4 guests. The bedrooms share a bath. The cottage is quite basic but comfortable.

Specific to High Life:
During Low Season, a 4-night minimum stay is acceptable with a 10% surcharge based on the unused remainder of nights less than 1-week.
A surcharge of $250 is charged for each additional guest exceeding the maximum occupancy rate.
Weddings welcome! Should your party exceed the number of guests residing at the villa, there is a $15 per person fee. Maximum wedding party is 75 guests.
