SWEET SPOT VILLA AND GROUNDS

Located on a wide sandy beach, Sweet Spot is like a pretty jewel box next to the sea. A 2008 renovation Its remarkable location is the best of all worlds ... a 6,000-square-foot private home with a huge lawn and beach ~ just yards from the Breezes golf pro shop which offers unlimited complimentary greens fees to Sweet Spot guests.

Interiors at Sweet Spot are brightly furnished and cheerful. French doors open wide to the lovely sea view. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have flat screen TV‘s. However, you may wish to leave your doors open at night to hear the waves lapping on the beach. The DSS satellite system offers news, sports, movies, family and children’s programming plus several music stations.

The large lawn is trimmed in colorful hibiscus, bougainvillea, shrimp flowers, oleander, banana trees and stately coconut palms. The lawn is a great playground for badminton, croquet and volleyball ... or merely napping in the hammock in the shade of the beautiful Cassia Fistula tree with its beautiful cascading bunches of yellow flowers.

Beyond the lawn is the 10,000-square-foot beach, clear water and excellent reef just 50’ offshore. Sea kayaks and snorkeling equipment are complimentary. As a special evening treat, the staff will plan a poolside barbecue ... with chicken, ribs, chops, fish or lobster ... or a nighttime bonfire on the beach.

If you’ve left your pets behind, be advised that Sweet Spot is home to a lovable Black Labrador-Golden Retriever mix dog. If you wish, he can be kept in his large kennel behind the house and allowed to run only at night so he doesn’t disturb you. If you enjoy him, he’ll run with you on the beach and romp with you in the sea. He is gentle, well-behaved and loves guests!
