SEAFORE VILLA AND GROUNDS

Seafore sits on a beautiful private acre adjacent to the 16th fairway of the championship Tryall Golf Course. Its well-kept grounds are adorned by graceful palm, lime, mango and Poinciana trees and brilliant hibiscus and bougainvillea.

Twelve glass paneled doors open from the living room to the spacious veranda and pool terrace. An octagonal dining room with antique chandelier and hand-painted mural seats eight for delicious home-cooked dinners. The large pool is kept private by a hedgerow of red, pink and yellow blooms and is drenched in sunshine all day.

The vista from Seafore is lovely ... across the manicured golf course and span of blue sea. The lights of passing cruise ships and Montego Bay sparkle 12 miles across the water each night.

While private and self-contained, Seafore is only minutes from Tryall's golf and tennis pro shops, beach club and dive shop, hotel, boutiques, bar and restaurant ... easily reached by the shuttle. The Great House veranda is legend for its complimentary afternoon teas that drift into magnificent sunsets.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Four 15' x 15' bedrooms are in two wings, providing privacy for all guests. Each suite features:

      twin beds kissed together for king-size sleeping accommodations
     en-suite baths (each with tub and shower combination)
     air conditioners and ceiling fans

TRYALL GOLF, TENNIS & BEACH CLUB
Most significant is Seafore's location at the 2,200-acre Tryall Club and availability of all resort amenities. Among the most beautiful golf courses in the world, Tryall's 18 hillside and seaside fairways have been home to the Johnnie Walker and other PGA championship events. Greens fees are discounted for Seafore guests.

Complimentary air-conditioned vans shuttle from your front door to all locations within the resort. Spend days on the sunny beach while waiters serve you from the beach bar. Dive, snorkel, sunfish, windsurf and paddle from the seaside dive shop. Play tennis on nine laykold courts, lighted for night play. Jog the trails. Enjoy the historic Great House with bar, boutiques, fax machine and taxis. Here, too, is the highly-rated Great House Restaurant for white glove Continental dining should you wish to dine away from the villa an evening or two. Tryall is truly one of the distinctive private resorts of the world.
+ Commencing January 1, 2009, the Tryall Club will require all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee of US$100 per week for each guest 18 or older, or US$20 per day per person for stays of less
than 7 days (inclusive of tax). This policy applies to all new bookings received after September 1, 2008.

Plan to pay your Temporary Membership Fee locally at the Front Desk in the Great House when you register.
