SEA ISLAND VILLA AND GROUNDS
Dramatically renovated in 2005, Sea Island is one of the most comfortable and inviting villas in this collection, Sea Island sits on seven private acres of gently sloping grounds ... with a beautiful ocean view and private tennis court. If absence of stress is the goal of your vacation, you cannot choose a more peaceful home than Sea Island. The songs of birds are typically the loudest sounds you will hear. The spacious rolling grounds are graced by magnificent Royal Palms ... beautiful by day and indescribably lovely when lighted at night.

The piece-de-resistance is the wonderful 125-foot verandah with wet bar ... furnished with pretty sofas, chairs, tables and reading lamps ... just steps from the pool. Afternoon naps here are irresistible. Here, too, is the open-air dining area for memorable home-cooked meals. Of special mention is Sea Island's fantastic cook.

The 500-square-foot Great Room has deep-cushioned sofas and chairs ... wonderful for snuggling into for after-dinner movies. Adjacent to the Great Room is a small powder room.

The sunny pool terrace has chaises and tables for poolside lunches, or after-dinner coffee and Tia Maria under the almond tree and the stars. Downhill from the pool is the private tennis court.

Notable is the staffing here. In addition to being an extraordinarily pretty and comfortable home, Sea Island boasts one of the finest staffs on Jamaica's North Coast. This may explain the fact the Sea Island has more repeat clients than any other villa.
