PHOENIX VILLA AND GROUNDS
Phoenix sits on a spectacular seascape on Jamaica's lush North Coast at the luxurious Tryall Club 12 miles west of Montego Bay. The beach club, pro shop, first tee and driving range are within walking distance of the Phoenix front door. Nine laykold tennis courts are just a golf cart ride up the hill.

Architecturally distinctive, its rooms stretch over 2,000 square feet and wrap around a 35' circular swimming pool with adjacent mirrored wet bar (with ice-maker and blender for fresh fruit drinks and rum punch). From its bedrooms, guests can open French doors to the landscaped lawns, gardens and sea ... or walk directly onto the pool terrace for morning, mid-day or moonlight dips.

Like all rooms in Phoenix, the dining pavilion opens to the pool terrace. An interior garden and reflections from the adjacent lighted pool create romantic candlelight dinners here ... prepared expressly for you by your cook and served by your butler. Or dine on the north veranda overlooking the sea and twinkling night lights of Montego Bay .

The seaside living room has cable television, VCR, DVD and stereo sound system with cassette and CD player. Each bedroom also has its own safe and cable television.

Just beyond the veranda and front lawn is Phoenix's own small beach on the edge of the sea. Your gardener will place lounge chairs here each morning and your butler will serve lunch here at your request.

Please note: bookings for Phoenix are required to commence on Saturday's and are for a minimum of 1 week. Low Season, for Phoenix only, begins May 1 but check with this office just to be sure.

Phoenix is designed to house eight guests comfortably in its four large bedrooms.

Master Bedroom
Four-poster bed; mirrored en-suite bathroom with glass-door shower, separate oval sunken tub-for-two Jacuzzi walled by a tropical garden, large private dressing room. Ocean view and French doors to lawn. Also opens to pool terrace.

Bedroom 2
Kingsize or twin beds at guests' option. En-suite bathroom with tub-shower combination. Ocean view and French doors to lawn. Also opens to pool terrace.

Bedroom 3

TRYALL GOLF, BEACH & TENNIS CLUB
While the beauty of the Caribbean fronts Phoenix to the North, all the luxuries and amenities of the 2,200-acre Tryall Club are just steps from the villa's front door.
+ Commencing January 1, 2009, the Tryall Club will require all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee of US$100 per week for each guest 18 or older, or US$20 per day per person for stays of less
than 7 days (inclusive of tax). This policy applies to all new bookings received after September 1, 2008.

Plan to pay your Temporary Membership Fee locally at the Front Desk in the Great House when you register.
Credit cards are accepted. You will be given a temporary membership card to enable your access to all Club facilities. Updated Sep 1, 2008
