PLEASE NOTE:
The LONGVIEW MAIN VILLA will be unavailable for rentals from May 1 till Nov 1, 2008 as it undergoes renovation and an addition of a 4th bedroom (totaling 7 bedrooms for the entire compound).
During these months, the LONGVIEW COTTAGE will remain available for rentals with the following stipulations:
The Cottage contains a mini-kitchen with fridge, icemaker, coffee maker, toaster, blender and microwave (From May 1 till Nov 1, Cottage guests are responsible for buying their own groceries and preparing their own Continental breakfasts). Therefore, all meals must be taken as either Room Service from Round Hill Hotel or at the hotel restaurant at Round Hill's published food and beverage prices. No cook or butler will staff The Cottage this summer. Daily housekeeping and laundry service will continue to be offered in The Cottage. The complimentary golf cart will remain available for short trips to the hotel, beach club, fitness center, water sports center, front desk, Kids Club and all other Round Hill amenities. Access to The Cottage will be through the lower driveway so no guests need to pass the construction site.

The verandahs and Great Room are on 4,000 square feet of cool marble floors, suitable for dancing to music from the indoor-outdoor sound system. 12 French doors and 9 ceiling fans augment the almost non-stop tradewinds that kiss the top of Round Hill year-round.

A two-minute stroll through the gardens brings guests to the middle terrace and the two-bedroom Guest Cottage. Just across the lawn on the lower terrace is the private tennis court.

The head gardener has nurtured a wealth of incredibly beautiful roses, lilies, double and triple hibiscus and bougainvillea. The lawn is a memorable site for sunset weddings amidst flower-draped garden walls framing the deep blue sea beyond.
