FAIRWAY MANOR VILLA AND GROUNDS
Fairway Manor is a 5,600-square-foot private home located on the famous Half Moon 18-hole Robert Trent Jones golf course. Its rooms open onto long verandahs and balconies where the sweeping 120-degree view of luxuriant gardens, golf course, sea and sky is truly breathtaking. From the efficient kitchen, delicious meals are prepared by the live-in cook and served in the inside dining area or on the candlelit poolside verandah. A separate entrance leads to the large upper level accommodations, cooled by fans and the balmy tropical tradewinds.

The pro shop, driving range and first hole are 200 yards from the villa's front door. The beach, hotel, tennis courts, shopping village and other resort facilities are 5 minutes away. Convenient complimentary shuttles operate from the pro shop (100 yards from Fairway Manor) to the hotel and beach every 30 minutes till 10:00 p.m. Colorful Montego Bay with duty-free shopping is just 7 miles away.

UPPER LEVEL

Master Bedroom 1
(300 sq ft) King-size bed. Spacious en-suite bath has walk-in shower and large Sundance hot tub, marble vanity. French doors open to balcony.

Master Bedroom 2
(300 sq ft) King-size bed. En-suite bath has tub/shower combination and marble vanity. French doors open to balcony.

Living Room
(1,200 sq ft) Spacious high-ceilinged room with entertainment center (TV, VCR, sound system), antiques, original art ... generously furnished on cool stone floors. Six French doors open to upper balcony. Entire area is excellent for entertaining.

All upper level rooms open to the 900-square-foot covered balcony draped with colorful bougainvillea. The panorama of the Caribbean Sea is magnificent from this vantage point. Sunsets are unforgettable.

LOWER LEVEL

Bedrooms 3, 4 & 5
(240 sq ft) King-size or twin beds at guests' option. En-suite baths have tub/shower combinations and marble vanities. French doors open to the lower verandah, private pool and spa area. Bedroom 5 also has an additional daybed for a 15th guest.

Bedroom 6
(200 sq ft) Queen size bed and cozy sitting area in west wing. Ensuite bath has tiled walk-in shower and marble vanity. Opens to private outdoor garden patio and to interior hallway.

Bedroom 7
(288 sq ft) King-size or twin beds at guests' option. En-suite bath has tub/shower combination and marble vanity. Opens to private outdoor garden patio and to interior hallway.

Additional
The downstairs foyer has an entertainment center with TV, VCR and sound system. occupancy of 5 bedrooms is limited to the lower level. Only groups occupying 6 or 7 bedrooms may reserve the upper level.
