CARIBBEAN FAIRWAYS VILLA AND GROUNDS
Caribbean Fairways is one of the newest deluxe villas in Jamaica, superbly located next to the first fairway of the famous 18-hole Robert Trent Jones golf course. Its rooms open onto a 68' verandah, where guests can gaze beyond the private pool to the magnificent 120-degree panorama of manicured grounds, golf course, sea and sky. From the state-of- the-art kitchen (with six-burner stove and icemaker), fabulous home-cooked meals are prepared and served by candlelight on the long verandah or inside dining room.

Quiet remote control air-conditioners cool all the rooms. Distinctive at this villa, however, are the refreshing and cooling tradewinds. Most often, air-conditioning is not needed.

The pro shop, driving range and first hole are just 400 yards from the villa's front door. The beach, hotel, tennis courts, shopping village and other resort facilities are five minutes away. The colorful town of Montego Bay, airport and duty-free shopping center are 7 miles away.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Bedrooms 1& 2 Both Master Bedrooms are 16' x 24' and have king-size beds. En-suite baths have tub/shower combinations and double
sink vanities. Adjoining children's rooms with daybeds can be closed for privacy. Both bedrooms open to verandah.

Bedrooms 3 & 4 These rooms are 14' x 17' with optional king-size or twin beds. Each room has a 19" color TV. Private en-suite baths have
tub/shower combinations and double sink vanities. French doors open directly to the verandah.

Bedroom 5              Downstairs ... spacious and private. En-suite bath has tiled walk-in shower. Twin beds can also be made up as king-size.
                                Overlooks pool,  golf course and sea.   Recent renovation added semi-private extra sleeping accommodations on 2 daybeds in a
