Laura, I want to thank you for your nice note. We had the most amazing experience at Bougainvillea and at the Tryall Club.
It's only in the last few years that we have begun to seek out the higher end vacation options. This certainly exceeded
our expectations. Beginning with how we were greeted at the airport to the almost tearful farewell every part of the experience
was exceptional. Our hope is do this again next year. Hopefully in the spring we will begin the selection process again.
I think we are interested in exploring some of the other islands but I am sure that everyone would go back to Bougainvillea in a heart beat. So we will see what happens. Thanks again for your great service and look forward to your help in the future. Jim 2009

Laura, we had a great time. Pineapple House was awesome! The view and the villa itself was tremendous. Also the staff was there for us at all times and took very good care of us. Hanover House

The Wharf House

The villa was great -- both the adults and the children thoroughly enjoyed the property and had a wonderful time. The staff was great and made us feel quite comfortable. It will definitely remain a very memorable vacation for all of us. Christine

Phoenix at Tryall

We just got back from our Jamaican Vacation and it was amazing. The Tryall resort was really great (I played 18 holes 3 times) and Phoenix was especially wonderful. But the one thing that really stood out was our chef, Henry. If he is the permanent chef at Phoenix, I would tell you to recommend Phoenix to anyone who loves to eat. Everything he cooked for us was unbelievable. So much so that we ate every meal at the villa, even cancelling reservations we had elsewhere because we didn't want to miss any of his cooking. One time we grabbed lunch at the beach bar and it was very disappointing, otherwise we never missed a meal at the villa. I'm not sure I could even describe in words how amazing the food was. We had lobster, shrimp, lamb, fish, pork, chicken, etc, and every meal came with the most amazing soups and desserts....... Matt and Nora

Selah Villa

My family and I loved the vacation. The house was beautiful. We walked several times to the nearby Bubble Beach, but also enjoyed our little private beach. We made use of the kayaks several times and the tennis court. We used the pool and jacuzzi everyday. The staff was wonderful and provided great service. We felt like they were family. Meals were delicious. Also, the driver service was very useful as some luggage got lost and our driver spent all day at the airport retrieving it. The best thing was that I never knew what time it was which meant I was really relaxed and on vacation. My kids (and I) did not want to leave. I still have a picture of Selah Villa as my screen saver to remember. Holly

Hunter's Villa

We had a very nice time in Jamaica at Hunter's Villa. It was quite a different experience! The staff were very nice and helpful. We made it to Ocho Rios, Negril, a local beach and went up in to the mountains to a farm the van driver new. It was very educational. Thanks for all your help in making this work. Sundown

Our trip was perfect! The villa was much more than we had hoped for. The entire staff was wonderful. Molly was an incredible cook (I think I gained 5 lbs) and Cleveland was the perfect butler. There was nothing lacking. Even the cost of the food and beverage came out to less than we expected. I can't thank you enough! We would all go back there in a second! Audrey

We had a fantastic time at Almond Hill. The accommodations were very comfortable and the staff made us feel right at home. I loved the fact that we were in the hills. There was a nice breeze that was blowing most of the time which kept the heat to a minimum. The food was outstanding. We left the culinary decisions up to Polly and she did a fantastic job. Wild Orchid

Oh my god! We could NOT have been happier! It was THE best vacation EVER!!!! The Villa was amazing. Just amazing and the staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. I loved that I spent the entire week making absolutely NO decisions except what to read by the pool! Having all our meals prepared for us was great but letting them decide what to make was even better! We truly loved the trip and were talking about returning next year before we even left. Honestly, I don’t even know what else to say – it was truly just the perfect vacation for both our families and we could not have been more relaxed!And, to top off a great vacation – I had my damage deposit in my mailbox four days after I got home! The staff was gracious & attentive. All were friendly and extremely accommodating. We enjoyed their fine service and company. Our driver carried us safely on a dark & stormy night from Negril to the villa. We appreciated his assistance in holding a ceremony to commit our Grandmother's remains to the sea. The cook prepared dishes that mixed Jamaican & U.S. cuisine. Every meal was a delight. They were patient serving meals according to our vacation schedule. The Larson's

From the time we secured a reservation with Laura to the day we left the villa, this was the perfect vacation. Blue Heaven was beautifully furnished with a warm and cozy atmosphere and a spectacular view. We had 5 teenagers with us and for the first time, every single person had tears in their eyes when it was time to leave. The staff and food was fabulous, Round Hill elegant, and all the special touches (and surprises) that WebVillas and the staff provided truly appreciated. We had a fabulous week. As you had noted, Blue Heaven was even prettier in person than from the photos on the internet. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating and gracious. ...everyone loved Round Hill so much that there wasn't much desire to travel a few hours each way to see other sites. Love all the creative touches. We will be back! Lori

Noble House

All was very nice, staff was wonderful. House was great, beach was decent but I am comparing to some wonderful beaches so that may not be fair. Food was out of this world and more than plentiful. ....... We would recommend this place to friends and family...the staff was great and very honest and helpful and great to have around. Paul

Noble House was amazing, it would be hard to imagine a more luxurious villa. It was a bit on the pricey side, but I have no regrets, I'm really glad we got to experience it. The only thing I have to compare it to is Tryall, and I'm pretty sure there's nothing like it at Tryall. That said, we did miss having the convenience of Tryall (and the golf carts) at our disposal. However, the staff at Noble House had no problem catering to the 10 of us, including the two that stayed at Round Hill. A little quirk about Noble House that we could never figure out is that it locks down tighter than a fortress. Every night they go around closing huge metal iron gates and padlocking them, and every single window and door in the entire place is secured with thick iron gates. It begs the question, what is out there that we need to be so protected against? Maybe it was suppose to make us feel secure but it ended up giving the opposite effect. Furthermore, they provided us with keys to the padlocks they used at night, but we all wondered what would happen in case of a fire if we couldn't find the key...

The food was perhaps the highlight of our trip, and that is saying a lot because we thought Chef Henry (Phoenix at Tryall) set an unbeatable bar on our last trip. Can't really compare the two trips but Chef Joy was delightful in every way. The groceries, however, were significantly higher than we anticipated. All of the staff at Noble House were great... Maxi arranged a band for us on a days notice and also a bonfire on the beach for us. As I said before, Caple our driver was our favorite and best friend during the trip... When we go back to Tryall next time it will be nothing against Noble House, just that we love Tryall. If we could put Noble House on Tryall it would be perfect. Round Hill, for all of its amazing reviews, is no Tryall. Maybe it's not fair to compare the two, but compared to Tryall, Round Hill is smaller, more crowded, packed with kids, and over-priced. We would gladly take the beach, pool bar and Great House at Tryall over Round Hill (and we did, we went back there several times and I golfed at Tryall twice). Round Hill claims to have a "pool bar", but what it really has is a bar near the pool. But, we did have a very nice wedding there and the spa was top-notch. Matt

Woodscape Villa

Paraphrased from a phone conversation: The main floor and bedrooms are well appointed and lovely. Two do share a bath yet all others are ensuite. The lower level bedrooms are less desirable as they do not have windows...like a converted basement. The one bedroom cottage is set apart from the main house and is very secluded....future guests should be well aware of this. The staff are great! Huge pool!! Rick - Boston, MA 2008

Idle Hours

We had a really nice holiday at Idle Hours. Especially the views out of the house to the ocean and private beach were the best! The service and friendliness of the personnel was the best. Only a pity that the house is quite close to a very busy street. We even sometimes were awakened by traffic noise. The Baeten's Belgium
