Be assured you may request other meals as well, which your chef will gladly prepare. Jerk Chicken is a sure thing! The above menus are options from which you may select and you may vary them as you wish. Children’s meals are always available. Children’s dinners may be served prior to adults’ dinner hour. Breakfasts will be as ordered each morning.

Pricing for these meals typically run $45 per adult and $20 for children under 14.  Please note that prices may vary depending upon current market prices.  If you request shrimp, lobster, imported beef, beverages or large quantities of other food items, this estimate will increase. Your cook may refund money at week's end ~or~ ask for more money mid-week.  Should you wish to pre-pay for groceries, there is a $25 handling fee.  

*Nicky Farquharson was trained as a Professional Chef at one of the top three chef’s schools in the world: Westminster University in London. Extra courses yielded a Fine Wine Diploma and Hotel Management Diploma. She received distinctions in all exam results and was awarded the Professional Chef’s Diploma.
Nicky has also managed restaurants in Australia and Jamaica, catered to Buckingham Palace and was Head Chef at an acclaimed restaurant in London.
