Deposits and Cancellations: 

A 25% deposit confirms your reservation.
Balance is due 60 days before travel.
No refunds for cancellations are made within 60 days prior to scheduled occupancy.

For cancellations made more than 61 days prior to scheduled occupancy, we will refund all deposits less a 10% cancellation fee and relevant credit card Administrative Fees (when applicable) or wire fees.
(Deposits for Sundown and Rio Chico are non-refundable.)

A $500 damage deposit also is required; we will refund this promptly when you return home if no damage occurs during your stay.
(A few villas require a larger damage deposit.)

Christmas and New Years

Policies for Christmas and New Year's weeks differ.
A 50% deposit confirms a reservation. Balance is due 120 days before travel.
No refunds for cancellations are made within 120 days prior to scheduled occupancy.
For cancellations made more than 120 days prior to scheduled occupancy, we will refund all deposits less a 10% cancellation fee.

Extra guests in any room attract a surcharge of $29 each per night.
Cot rental is $5 per night as are crib or high chair fees.

A Summer Place on Discovery Bay $35 per night,
Malatai on the Beach $50 per night
Keela Wee on Discovery Bay $50 per night
Greatview $30 a night
Makana on Discovery Bay $50 a night
Whispering Waters on Discovery Bay $50 per night
Amanoka on Discovery Bay $150 per night
Sugar Bay on Discovery Bay $188 per night

Refundable $500 damage deposit required.
